About the Role

We're Looking for a Visionary Tech Co-founder (CTO) to Build and Scale an AI-Powered Enterprise Software Startup!

Job Summary:

As a CTO you'll be the technical architect and driving force behind our AI and data science initiatives. This isn't just a leadership role; it's a hands-on opportunity to shape our technology stack, build a world-class engineering team, and define the future of our enterprise software solutions. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO and our growing customer base to translate business needs into cutting-edge AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing: Architecting; Leading Technical Vision: Define, develop, and implement the company's end-to-end technology roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for our enterprise software.

Building; Mentoring a High-Performing Tech Team: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Driving AI; Data Science Innovation (with a focus on Agents): Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from robust data collection and pipeline development to advanced machine learning model design, training, and deployment. This includes hands-on leadership in the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated AI agents and multi-agent systems that drive core product functionalities. Leverage sophisticated analytics and visualization techniques to extract actionable insights.

Hands-On Full-Stack Development & Deployment: Lead in colaboration to design, development, and deployment of core software features and AI models, ensuring robust, production-ready solutions across the entire stack. This will often involve working directly with agent-based systems and encompassing both user interface development and server-side logic.

Product Strategy; Execution: Collaborate intimately with the CEO and other stakeholders on product strategy, contributing actively to ideation, rapid prototyping, and user testing to ensure our solutions meet market demands.

Client Engagement; Technical Partnerships: Act as a key technical liaison for current and prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting technical solutions, and fostering strong relationships. Identify and evaluate potential technical partnerships.

Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices into our product development cycle.

What You'll Bring:

Advanced Technical Degree: A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.

Extensive Hands-On Development Expertise: Deep practical experience in software development, with a strong focus on designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models and data-intensive applications in a production environment.

Mastery of AI Agent Systems: Proven proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing multi-agent systems or complex intelligent agents, demonstrating an understanding of their architecture, communication protocols, and deployment challenges.

Technical Leadership; Team Building: Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and scaling engineering and data science teams, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Robust Data Science; ML Engineering Skills: Strong background in data collection methodologies, ETL processes, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model deployment/monitoring. Familiarity with MLOps practices is a plus.

API; System Integration Expertise: Extensive experience designing, developing, and integrating with RESTful APIs, microservices, and various third-party systems.

Exceptional Problem-Solving; Analytical Acumen: Ability to dissect complex technical challenges, devise innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including potential clients and investors.

Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter with a strong bias for action and a can-do attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passionate commitment to building a successful startup. You're adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously and bring positive vibes and enthusiasm to everything you do.

Salary and Benefits:

The co-founder will receive EQUITY compensation 10%, also a salry will be provided after securing funding from investors. The position is full-time and remote-based but will transition to a hybrid model in the near future.
