About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll Operations Assistant to support the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and on-time execution of payroll and timekeeping tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with deadlines, and confident working with payroll systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools. Advanced English (C1) is required, as daily communication is in English.
Work model: 100% On-site Location: Colombia, Peru, or Mexico only
Key Responsibilities
• Support payroll processing for assigned clients.
• Update employee pay data, deductions, and payroll changes.
• Monitor and audit employee timecards daily.
• Follow up with managers on missing or pending approvals.
• Process PTO requests according to client policies.
• Run payroll and timekeeping reports.
• Document all payroll and employee record updates.
• Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Identify and escalate errors or unusual payroll patterns.
Requirements
• Experience in payroll, HR operations, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and payroll systems.
• English level: C1 (Advanced) – mandatory
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and reliable.
