AI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning (ML), deep learning, and data science, with practical experience building and integrating AI models into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models for various use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, automation).

Work with data engineers to collect, preprocess, and analyze data for training and validation.

Research and experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Optimize and fine-tune model performance for scalability and real-time inference.

Integrate AI models with existing software systems or APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.

Stay updated with the latest trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Document processes, model architectures, and experimental results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience with machine learning, deep learning, and AI development.

Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and MLOps practices.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and API integration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).

Hands-on experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or FastAPI/Flask.

Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research papers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹545,479.73 - ₹800,000.00 per year
