The Role:
We are looking for a true Technical Co-Founder / CTO.
- Equity-only (no salary at start)
- Founder-level ownership
- Long-term partnership
You will own:
- System architecture and scalability
- Backend infrastructure and APIs
- AI-driven workflow automation
- Integrations with logistics and SaaS systems
- Technical hiring roadmap
Who You Are:
- Strong backend / systems engineer
- Built and shipped production systems
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Entrepreneurial and action-oriented
- Interested in ownership, not employment

Pay: $49,766.29-$200,000.00 per year
