Job Title: Bridge Coordinator | IT Operations / Incident Coordination

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bridge Coordinator to manage and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, installations, and incident bridges.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of client projects, effective stakeholder communication, and timely delivery across multiple engagements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate site & remote IT installations/projects (hardware, software, server migrations, etc.)

  • Act as a central point of contact for incident
