About the Role
We are looking for a Mid–Senior Technical Product Manager to own delivery execution, product documentation, and requirements management for a single product from planning to release and post-launch support.
A significant part of this role is creating clear, structured, and high-quality product requirements that help engineering teams execute efficiently and predictably.
You will work closely with engineering and design teams to translate business needs into implementation-ready specifications, manage priorities, reduce ambiguity, and ensure that teams are building the right things in the right way.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically minded, and comfortable operating in fast-paced product environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog
- Translate business goals into structured, implementation-ready product requirements
- Create and maintain detailed PRDs, specifications, documentation, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure engineering teams have complete and clear context before development starts
- Collaborate with engineers on estimations, technical discussions, and delivery planning
- Drive the product through all stages: planning → development → release → support
- Work closely with design to define and refine product requirements
- Reduce ambiguity and proactively identify gaps in requirements or execution plans
- Lead daily standups and track delivery progress
- Review and accept/reject delivered work
- Communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical PM / Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a tech company
- Strong experience writing structured product documentation and requirements
- Ability to turn complex business needs into clear execution plans
- Prior software engineering experience — strongly preferred
- Experience managing engineering + QA teams
- Experience working with remote, multi-timezone teams
- Strong experience with:
- JIRA / Asana / similar tools
- Figma / Notion / Slack
- Experience delivering B2B products
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive predictable delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React / React Native
- Experience with booking / reservation platforms (appointment, rental, etc.)
- Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows or LLM-enabled product processes
Language Requirements
- Ukrainian — native
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
Working Conditions
- 100% Remote
- Full-time (B2B)
- Working hours: overlap with US (Los Angeles)
- Compensation: up to $4,000 gross/month depending on experience and fit
- Evening availability required (client calls / meetings up to 21:00–22:00 Kyiv time)
