About the Role
We are a fast-growing Agriculture Drone Manufacturing & Drone Service Provider expanding into Europe and looking for Self-Sponsored Visa Software Engineers who want to build next-generation drone technologies and relocate to Europe.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded firmware in C/C++ for microcontrollers and processors used in drone platforms.
- Implement real-time operating systems (RTOS) for flight control, navigation, payload management, and safety-critical tasks.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain sensor drivers including IMU, GPS, barometer, magnetometer, cameras, and LiDAR.
- Implement and optimize communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and MAVLink.
- Optimize embedded software for performance, reliability, and low power consumption.
- Debug and validate firmware using JTAG, SWD, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Design, review, and support schematics and PCB layouts for flight controllers and peripheral boards.
- Select and evaluate MCUs, SoCs, sensors, PMICs, and RF modules for drone systems.
- Lead PCB bring-up, hardware testing, and validation, collaborating with manufacturing teams on DFM/DFT.
- Develop drone flight-control, navigation, and mission-planning software.
- Integrate sensors and payloads for real-time data processing and autonomous operations.
- Participate in field testing, flight validation, and performance tuning of drone systems.
- Design, train, and deploy AI/ML and computer vision models for agricultural use cases including crop health monitoring, soil analysis, pest detection, and yield prediction.
- Build image segmentation and object detection models using RGB and multispectral aerial data.
- Develop end-to-end computer vision pipelines for data preprocessing, annotation, training, validation, and inference.
- Conduct applied research in reinforcement learning for autonomous drone navigation and mission optimization.
- Evaluate model accuracy, robustness, and scalability using real-world agricultural datasets.
- Optimize AI models for on-board and edge deployment, ensuring low latency and energy efficiency.
- Operate drones for field surveys, crop monitoring, mapping, and data acquisition missions.
- Plan and execute autonomous and semi-autonomous flights, ensuring sensor calibration, flight safety, and data quality.
- Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to integrate AI models into drone flight systems.
- Conduct field validation of autonomous behaviors and AI-driven insights.
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for drone image ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics.
- Integrate AI solutions with embedded systems, ground control stations, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve reliability under real-world conditions.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives through technical input, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.
- Assist with proposal development, pricing strategies, and technical presentations.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to guide product improvements and feature development.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering, business development, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Tech/B.E. in CS/Robotics/Electronics
- Knowledge of Python/C++/ROS
- Commercial pilot certification (FAA Part 107 or EU equivalent)
- EASA-compliant Multirotor RTK-enabled drone Equipped with specification 20 MP RGB camera, GPS + waypoint navigation and Jetson edge AI
