SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Ai)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to help shape the AI capabilities of our legal technology platform. As part of this role, you will work hands-on with large language models, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI tooling — building features that make legal workflows smarter and more efficient. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable prototyping new ideas and shipping production-ready systems.

Job Description

• Architect and implement AI and LLM-powered features end-to-end for our legal technology platform, from prototyping to production.
• Research, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for domain-specific NLP and conversational AI tasks.
• Design, build, and continuously improve RAG pipelines — including retrieval strategies, embedding models, reranking, and response quality evaluation.
• Deploy and manage open-source LLM models on private infrastructure, including GPU provisioning and optimization.
• Stay on top of the latest advancements in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI tooling, and integrate them into our systems.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure model accuracy, relevance, and hallucination reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering with AI focus, or applied AI research.
• Strong hands-on experience with large language models, including fine-tuning and deployment.
• Proven experience building or optimizing RAG systems and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience with Arabic NLP, including working with Arabic-language datasets, models, or text processing, to support planned expansion into Middle Eastern legal markets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
