About the job
 

Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Azure Software Cloud Engineer who designs, implements, and maintains cloud-based solutions for our client organization. You´ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications, data, and services in the cloud environment.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure cloud architecture.
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using best practices for availability, scalability, and performance.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform or similar.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of cloud resources.
• Deploy applications to Azure cloud platform and manage their lifecycle.
• Optimize application performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Implement security controls, encryption, and access management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deploying applications.
• Monitor and improve deployment processes.
• Work closely with development teams, DevOps engineers, and system administrators.
• Document architecture, processes, and procedures.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Coding skills using C#, React.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Platform, with experience in:
  • API Management
  • Serverless Functions
  • Logic Apps
  • App Insights
  • App Services
  • Azure DevOps
  • Azure Databases: Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Azure Entra ID/Azure Active Directory
• B2B and B2C
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts like VPCs, subnets, and security groups.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have:

• API Gateway.
• Azure Databases with Hyperscale tier experience.
• Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Node.js.quirements.
