LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY


INDIA HYBRID: NOIDA/HYDERABAD/BANGALORE/GURGAON

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.


THE OPPORTUNITY


AS A SIEBEL CRM, YOU'LL FOCUS ON DESIGN, CONFIGURE, AND IMPLEMENT SIEBEL WORKFLOWS TO SUPPORT ORDER MANAGEMENT PROCESSES.DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN SIEBEL CONFIGURATIONS INCLUDING APPLETS, VIEWS, SCREENS, AND BUSINESS COMPONENTS.UTILIZE RSTT FOR TESTING AND VALIDATING SIEBEL WORKFLOWS AND RUNTIME EVENTS.COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO GATHER REQUIREMENTS AND TRANSLATE THEM INTO TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS.OPTIMIZE EXISTING SIEBEL IMPLEMENTATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE AND SCALABILITY.TROUBLESHOOT AND RESOLVE ISSUES RELATED TO SIEBEL WORKFLOWS, CONFIGURATIONS, AND INTEGRATIONS.PARTICIPATE IN CODE REVIEWS, UNIT TESTING, AND DEPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES.MAINTAIN DOCUMENTATION FOR CONFIGURATIONS, WORKFLOWS, AND TECHNICAL DESIGNS.

Key Responsibilities

- Incident Management – Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead war rooms for critical outages while maintaining SLOs

- Deployment Operations – Deploy applications using Kubernetes, Helm charts, and service mesh; execute pre/post validations and manage traffic switching strategies

- Observability & Monitoring – Implement end-to-end observability with Datadog/Splunk; correlate API anomalies with infrastructure signals and build actionable alerting

- Security & Compliance – Maintain hardened AWS base AMIs to minimize CVEs, manage security exceptions, rotate credentials, and meet cyber metrics

- Support & Escalation – Participate in shift rotations, provide L2/L3 support, and communicate incident status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

- Cloud & Container Expertise – 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes administration, including Helm and service mesh

- Monitoring & Observability – Proficiency with Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, or Grafana for building dashboards, setting up alerts, and correlating infrastructure signals

- Incident Management – Proven experience with ITIL/ITSM processes, on-call rotations, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting in high-availability environments

- Security & Compliance – Knowledge of AWS security best practices, vulnerability management, secrets rotation, and compliance frameworks

- CI/CD & Deployment – Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI; familiar with blue-green/canary deployments and pre/post validation strategies

- Networking & Troubleshooting – Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, VPC networking, and ability to debug complex distributed system issues


QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
