About the Role

🏗️ THE ROLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT / GTM

Less than 24 months since launch, we are adding 7 figures of ARR per month. We’ve built a world-class team of AI PhDs, engineers, and patent attorneys. Now, we need a high-energy, ambitious GTM specialist to build our outbound engine and help us scale to $1B+ ARR.

What you’ll own:

- Identify high-potential leads and strategic prospects within our target market.

- Drive outbound activity through cold calling, emailing, and social media to hunt new business.

- Deploy personalized, high-impact outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.

- Sync closely with Account Executives to navigate prospect objections and leverage market trends.

- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on real-time feedback and market response.

- Track and report on critical metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach velocity.

- Partner with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize the playbook for scale.

Preferred & Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience selling complex SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise firms.

- Frequent user of AI products with an understanding of the current LLM landscape.

- Side projects, "hustles," or early-stage startup experience that shows you can build from zero.
