About IP Fabric

Join a pioneering force in network automation!

At IP Fabric, we enable people to uncover the truth about their networks. Built by network professionals and industry experts, our innovative solutions are transforming how enterprises manage their networks. As a post-Series B company, we're expanding rapidly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.

About The Role

We are expanding our Product team with a Technical Product Manager who will lead critical platform initiatives that ensure the product remains secure, operable, and future-ready. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and engineering execution, driving initiatives that improve how the product is built, deployed, maintained, and operated in real customer environments. You will work closely with our Platform Engineering team, ensuring that architectural evolution, stack modernization, and operational reliability move forward with clear product ownership and disciplined execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the engineering platform roadmap, ensuring the product remains secure, performant, and sustainable as it evolves.
  • Drive initiatives related to stack modernization, component lifecycle management, and architectural improvements.
  • Own Product Operability, improving how the product is installed, upgraded, monitored, and troubleshooted in real customer environments — including air-gapped and restricted deployments.
  • Ensure engineering investments translate into clear product outcomes such as faster deployments, lower operational overhead, and improved supportability.
  • Translate technical platform initiatives into structured roadmaps, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Support, Security, and Solution Architecture teams to identify operational friction and systematically remove it.
  • Provide strong execution leadership across complex initiatives that span multiple engineering teams.
  • Bring clarity and structure to technical trade-offs, balancing innovation with long-term maintainability.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to platform or infrastructure products.
