What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate closely with key teams and stakeholders to gather requirements for analytics and data science initiatives.
• Provide support in the delivery of analytics and data science projects, applying machine learning techniques to address complex challenges.
• Ensure that findings and recommendations are effectively communicated through clear data storytelling, maximising their impact.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and idea generation within the wider team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic culture.

What we’re looking for:

• A critical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An active learner, eager to take control of your career development and make meaningful contributions to the team.
• A passion for data, coupled with exposure to Python and/or SQL, and a solid understanding of statistics.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
