SENIOR PROJECT LEAD

<b>Role:</b> Generative AI Engineer - Ability to build LangGraph-based orchestration pipelines, LLM integration layers, and intelligent agent logic for three MVP agents. This include implementing multi-turn conversational workflows, hallucination detection, Gherkin compliance enforcement, and ADO integration. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement LangGraph orchestration pipelines • Implement Azure OpenAI integration • Build multi-turn conversation state management with session persistence • Integrate LangSmith for trace logging, prompt versioning, and evaluation suites Job Qualifications and Skill Sets: • 5+ years of experience in building production LLM-powered applications • Strong proficiency in Python • Expertise on LangChain and LangGraph • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service — prompt construction, structured output, token management, streaming, function calling • Experience building RAG pipelines and context-grounding systems • Experience with LangSmith or equivalent LLM observability tools • Proficiency in REST API integrations, particularly Azure DevOps APIs • Understanding of SDLC concepts — requirements, user stories (Gherkin/BDD), technical specifications • Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) certification is a plus ________________________________________ Role: LLMOps Engineer (7+ yrs) Key Responsibilities: • Implement and manage LangSmith-based telemetry — traces, prompt versioning, token usage, latency, and error tracking across all three agents • Establish prompt versioning and deployment workflows across dev/staging/prod environments • Build automated LLM evaluation pipelines • Instrument agent-specific KPIs: • Design CI/CD pipelines for agent deployment — prompts, configs, guardrails, and Terraform Job Qualifications and Skill Sets: • 5+ years in DevOps/MLOps/ LLMOps platform engineering • Strong experience with LangSmith for trace analysis and monitoring • Proficiency in CI/CD — Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions, Terraform • Hands-on Azure cloud ops — Azure OpenAI, AKS/Container Apps, Azure Monitor, Blob Storage • Experience with LLM evaluation methodologies — automated scoring, A/B testing, golden datasets • Understanding of token economics, cost management, containerization (Docker/K8s), and incident management • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is a plus
