Key Roles and Responsibilities
AI & Cloud Engineering (Primary)

Learn to design and develop AI-powered applications using Azure AI services, including:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure ML
- Vector search, embeddings, search pipelines
- Azure Functions / Logic Apps
- Azure App Service or Container Apps for deployment
- Build prototypes, tools, and internal demos showcasing AI capabilities.

Explore and experiment with Google Cloud Vertex AI, including:
- Model deployment on Vertex AI
- Pipeline/workflow orchestration
- Using GCP tools like BigQuery, or Firebase (if relevant)
- Implement prompt engineering, RAG workflows, model evaluation, and basic MLOps practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and test features in cloud environments.
Product Design & User Journey
- Participate in shaping product concepts, user flows, and feature requirements.

Support creation of lightweight design artefacts such as:
- User journey maps
- Wireframes
- Product flow diagrams
- Prototypes for user testing
- Assist in gathering user insights and converting them into meaningful product recommendations.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate ideas into working experiences.
General Responsibilities
- Document findings, workflows, and best practices.
- Maintain a strong learning mindset and proactively explore new AI/ML technologies.
- Present prototypes or insights to the team during reviews or show-and-tells.
- Provide general support across product and AI initiatives as needed.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with cloud concepts (Azure or GCP is a plus)
- Understanding of APIs and backend fundamentals
- Interest in machine learning or applied AI
- Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear communication and willingness to present ideas
- Collaborative and comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces
