Our mission is to proactively detect and mitigate risks, ensure high-quality merchandise supply, regulate merchant behaviors, and continuously improve the long-term sustainability of the e-commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning / deep learning models for product governance, including prohibited items detection, counterfeit identification, misleading descriptions, and low-quality merchandise recognition.
- Design intelligent risk identification systems for merchant governance, including abnormal behavior detection, compliance scoring, and risk profiling.
- Build multi-modal models (text, image, video) to analyze product listings, storefronts, short videos, and live-streaming content for policy violations.
- Construct risk control and traffic intervention strategies to balance ecosystem fairness and merchant growth.
- Design scalable real-time and offline feature engineering systems for large-scale merchant and product data.
- Collaborate closely with product, policy, operations, and engineering teams to translate algorithmic capabilities into robust governance solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in machine learning, risk control, fraud detection, or related algorithm fields.
- Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with hands-on experience in large-scale modeling.
- Familiar with at least one of the following areas: Data Mining, NLP, Computer Vision, Graph Algorithms, Risk Modeling.
- Proficient in Python and experienced in Go/C++ development under Linux environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
- Experience in e-commerce product governance, merchant risk management, or marketplace compliance systems.
- Experience in multi-modal modeling or graph-based risk detection.
- Publications in top-tier conferences (e.g., KDD, WWW, NeurIPS, ACL) or awards in international competitions.
