About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Distribution & Growth Marketing to architect and scale our global demand engine. Reporting to the CMO, this leader will own performance marketing, audience growth, digital distribution, brand amplification, and full-funnel pipeline acceleration.
This role is accountable for measurable business impact — including 5x social audience growth, increased brand share of voice, improved sentiment visibility, and significant pipeline expansion. The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-obsessed, and deeply fluent in modern marketing signal tracking across channels.
Responsibilities
Growth & Audience Expansion
- Drive a 5x increase in social followers across priority platforms within defined timelines.
- Build scalable audience acquisition strategies across paid, organic, partner, and community channels.
- Optimize distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop channel-specific growth playbooks for executive, corporate, and product narratives.
Performance Marketing & Pipeline Acceleration
- Own demand generation strategy and full-funnel performance.
- Drive measurable increases in qualified pipeline, marketing-attributed revenue, and conversion rates.
- Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on pipeline targets and revenue contribution.
- Continuously optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI across campaigns.
Marketing Signals, Analytics & Attribution
- Establish a unified marketing intelligence framework to track all marketing signals and metrics.
- Implement robust attribution models across digital, social, field, and partner marketing.
- Develop dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance KPIs.
- Lead experimentation strategy (A/B testing, creative testing, channel optimization).
Brand Share of Voice & Sentiment Monitoring
- Increase brand share of voice across earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Implement social listening and sentiment tracking infrastructure to monitor brand perception in real time.
