About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Webflow Developer who will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality websites. - Implement complex animations, high-end interactions, and scalable CMS structures.
- Ensure all websites are optimized for high performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Test and debug websites across multiple devices and browsers to ensure seamless cross-platform compatibility.
- Work closely with the CRO team to develop and integrate tests using 3rd party A/B testing platforms.

- Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2+ years of deep specialization in Webflow.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, specifically for extending Webflow’s native functionality and handling custom code embeds.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and workflows outside of the Webflow environment.
- Proven experience integrating and debugging 3rd party tracking technologies like Segment CDP, Facebook Ads API, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with implementing compliance technology like OneTrust or Transcend
- High-level mastery of Figma and a "pixel-perfect" approach to translating designs into responsive web pages.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser/cross-device debugging.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
What’s in it for you?
As a full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:
- Flexible working hours
- Work wherever you choose.
- Fun and casual work environment.
- We are a diverse, global team!
