Prompt Engineering & Full-Stack

AI-Driven Development & Prompt Engineering

• Design, refine, and maintain high-quality prompts to generate application code,

APIs, UI components, tests, and documentation using LLMs (e.g., Copilot-style

workflows).

• Translate business and technical requirements into structured prompts that

consistently produce maintainable, secure, and scalable code.

• Build and optimize prompt-based workflows and agentic patterns for

application development, refactoring, and automation.

• Evaluate, debug, and improve AI-generated code to meet production standards.

Application & Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs, and

integrations).

• Write clean, testable, and performant code—with and without AI assistance.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical

decision-making.

• Ensure best practices in security, performance, scalability, and observability.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and data teams to deliver

end-to-end solutions.

• Help define AI-assisted development standards, guardrails, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers on effective use of AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on AI-driven development.Required Skills
• Strong experience in backend development (Java, Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or equivalent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering for code generation.
• Understanding of full-stack architecture, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered application features.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows or RAG patterns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
