• Manage and maintain patient medical records (EMR & paper)
• Ensure data accuracy, organization, and compliance
• Process authorized medical record requests
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 1–3 years in medical records or healthcare administration
• Experience with EMR systems
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
