Position Summary:
Join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation as a Senior Fullstack Software Developer. You will lead the delivery of complex, end-to-end features—building responsive, accessible UIs with React/TypeScript/Next.js and implementing reliable Python APIs (FastAPI/Flask with SQL). You’ll partner with product and design to refine requirements, define clear API contracts, and raise the bar on testing, CI/CD, performance, and security (OAuth 2.0/OIDC).
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of user-facing features and backend services.
- Build accessible, performant UIs with TypeScript, React (React Router / Next.js, HTML, and CSS
- Implement robust REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask); design schemas and write efficient SQL.
- Define clear API contracts and patterns; ensure consistency across services and UIs.
- Own quality: automated tests with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright; thorough code reviews and documentation.
- Improve build and release pipelines (Vite/Webpack, GitHub Actions) and support deployments on AWS.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues; drive reliability and performance improvements.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to planning, estimation, and technical decisions.
