Your billing page shows your plan, the renewal date and a cancel button, and most questions end there. For anything else, email from the Google address you signed in with and say which plan you bought. Checkout and receipts are handled by Dodo Payments, so a receipt arrives from them, not from us.

Listings are read from company career pages and job platforms twice a day, so a role can close before the next read. If a listing is closed, mislabeled or not an AI role at all, send the link and we will fix or remove it.

There is no paid posting. If your company runs its careers page on Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday or BambooHR, your AI and machine learning roles are probably already listed. If they are not, email the careers page URL and we will add the source. Agencies and paid placements are not listed.
