Responsibilities
- Lead the technical planning and execution of the AI algorithm team, overseeing core directions including intelligent customer service, large language model applications (GPT), and personalized recommendation (individualized user experience)
- Drive the team's exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies; champion AI Native development practices to improve overall R&D efficiency
- Lead the development of an AI platform, consolidating algorithmic capabilities and engineering infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value
- Recruit and develop algorithm talent; establish the team's technical culture and engineering standards
- Track industry frontiers (LLM, Agent, RAG, multimodal, etc.) and provide technical judgment and actionable adoption roadmaps
Requirements
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of AI/ML algorithm engineering experience, with 2+ years in team management
- Proven hands-on experience in intelligent customer service, AIGC, or related areas
- Deep expertise in recommendation systems, including the full pipeline of recall, ranking, and re-ranking, with experience deploying large-scale online recommendation systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM productionization, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, and Agent frameworks, with real-world business application cases
- Experience building enterprise knowledge bases, including document parsing, vectorization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge graphs; experience building a knowledge base system from scratch
