About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team. You will work alongside senior engineers and data scientists to build, test, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business problems.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong fundamentals, a passion for learning, and hands-on experience through projects, internships, or coursework.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights
- Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
- Support deployment of ML models into production environments
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
- Document experiments, models, and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong foundation in Python
- Understanding of ML concepts (regression, classification, clustering, neural networks)
- Familiarity with libraries such as:
- NumPy, Pandas
- Scikit-learn
- TensorFlow or PyTorch (basic level)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Basic knowledge of NLP or Computer Vision
- Exposure to Docker or APIs
- Participation in Kaggle competitions or AI projects
- Familiarity with Git
