Senior Full Stack AI Developer - [ J413 ]

We are looking for a builder who can architect the future of intelligent applications. As a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI research and real-world production environments. You’ll take ownership of the entire lifecycle from designing sleek React interfaces to orchestrating complex multi-agent Python backends.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Lead the development of end-to-end applications using React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and Python.
• Ship Intelligence: Design and deploy advanced AI features, including RAG pipelines, vector storage integrations, and multi-agent systems (LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Engineered for Scale: Apply rigorous software engineering principles - OOP, async programming, and lazy loading to ensure our AI features are fast, secure, and reliable.
• Collaborate: Work alongside ML researchers to translate raw prototypes into production ready products with robust CI/CD and QA.

What You Bring

• The Foundation: 5+ years of professional full stack experience. You know how to build a production-grade app from scratch.
• The Language: You are highly proficient in Python (a must) and have a deep mastery of modern web frameworks (React/Node).
• The Mindset: You treat AI features like any other critical software component—prioritizing security, testing, and scalability over "cool but brittle" demos.
• Technical Depth: Solid grasp of SQL/NoSQL databases and designing asynchronous, scalable architectures.

Bonus Points For...

• Hands-on experience with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• A track record of fine-tuning LLMs or advanced prompt engineering.
• Experience with Multi-Agent orchestration (AutoGen, LangGraph).
• A background in Responsible AI and secure deployment practices.
