About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Creative Technologist / AI Design Superstar to revolutionize our in-house marketing operations. We already have a stellar, fully-equipped team of developers, traditional designers, video editors, and marketers. Now, we need a "10x creative leader" to sit at the helm of our AI strategy, supercharging our existing team's capabilities and building the future of our brand's visual and written storytelling.

You are a creative technologist, a master prompt engineer, a system builder, and a storyteller. You will not just generate assets; you will build custom AI workflows, write compelling scripts, design storyboards, and lead our marketing department into the next generation of creative production. If you know how to blend world-class creative direction with the most advanced generative AI tools to cut timelines in half and unlock endless possibilities, we want you to lead our team.

What You Will Build & Execute

• Lead the AI Marketing Strategy: Act as the central hub for all AI-driven creative initiatives, upskilling our current team of designers and video editors to integrate AI into their daily workflows.
• Screenwriting & Storyboarding: Conceptualize, write, and storyboard high-performing video ads, campaigns, and content. (Excellent English writing skills are an absolute must for this role).
• End-to-End AI Production Workflows: Design and implement automated, AI-powered systems for everything from static image generation to full-scale video creation, ensuring we produce assets at unprecedented speed and scale.
• Digital Personas, Voice Cloning & Video: Develop realistic digital avatars, generate AI voiceovers (matching our brand tone), and use AI to enhance video footage, motion graphics, and B-roll.
• Custom Brand Image Libraries: Generate thousands of photorealistic and abstract visuals that are 100% unique and strictly adhere to our brand guidelines—eliminating the need for expensive photoshoots.
• Rapid Idea Testing: Use generative AI to quickly explore a massive range of concepts, allowing our marketing team to A/B test fresh, original copy and visuals faster than ever before.

What Makes You a Superstar (Requirements)

• Impeccable English Writing Skills: You must have native-level or exceptionally fluent English writing abilities. You will be responsible for writing compelling video scripts, crafting detailed storyboards, and generating high-converting marketing copy.
• Mastery of the Modern AI Stack: Deep, hands-on expertise with the most advanced AI tools on the market. You should be highly proficient in:
• Image Generation: Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion (ComfyUI/Automatic1111), Adobe Firefly.
• Video & Motion: Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Pika Labs, Luma Dream Machine, Topaz Video AI.
• Avatars & Voice: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia.
• LLMs & Copywriting: ChatGPT (GPT-4o), Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Jasper/Copy.ai.
• Design & Workflow: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Zapier/Make (for automating creative pipelines).
• Strong Traditional Creative Foundation: You have years of experience as an art director, copywriter, or creative lead. You know that AI is just a tool, and your human intuition, emotional intelligence, and understanding of visual/written language are what make the final product great.
• Systems & Leadership Thinker: You don't just create one-off images; you build scalable systems, custom AI models (like training LoRAs for brand consistency), and repeatable processes that multiply the output of our entire marketing department.
