About the Role

🎤 WHY VOIZE? BECAUSE NURSES DESERVE THEIR TIME BACK.

We're building the AI companion for Europe's 2M+ frontline care workers. Today, 2,000+ care facilities and 150,000+ nurses use voize every shift - and our AI gives them back up to 30% of their time: time to care, to connect, to be present with the people who need them most.

We recently closed a €50M Series A led by Balderton Capital, with HV Capital and Y Combinator - but what matters more: we’re already live at scale in one of the hardest environments to build in.

Why now? We've crossed product-market fit - and healthcare systems globally are under massive pressure: staff shortages, rising demand, and increasing complexity. The next 24 months are the move from breakout startup to category leader - scaling from 150,000 to 500,000+ nurses, from Germany to a multi-country footprint.

💡 YOUR MISSION: BUILD THE PRODUCT SYSTEM THAT SCALES AI IN FRONTLINE HEALTHCARE

As Director of Product, you lead the evolution of voize's product organisation and platform - defining how AI becomes part of everyday workflows for thousands of frontline care workers.

You own the roadmap, build and scale a high-performing product team whilst navigating multi-vertical complexities. Your role sits at the center of the company:

- turning complex, real-world care processes into intuitive product experiences

- turning AI capabilities into reliable, everyday usage

- turning product quality into operational efficiency at scale

You ensure we build products that are not just loved by users, but drive measurable impact in high-pressure, real-world environments - balancing speed, quality, and reliability.

👉🚀 WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Lead and scale the product organization. Grow the team from 6 to 10+ PMs, building an excellent leadership layer and clear ownership across domains

- Define product strategy. Shape the direction of the platform across verticals, making clear bets and tradeoffs on where to invest

- Own the product roadmap. Translate company strategy into clear priorities, tradeoffs, and execution

- Build tight feedback loops. Connect customers, data, and internal teams to drive rapid iteration and real-world impact

- Design the product operating system. Define processes, tools, and rituals that enable speed, clarity, and quality at scale

- Drive product quality and impact. Ensure what we ship improves operational efficiency and delivers measurable value

- Hire and develop talent. Build vertical product teams and grow the next generation of product leaders

🤝 WHAT YOU BRING

- Proven product leadership experience. You’ve led and scaled a high-performing product team (10+ people), including hiring, structuring, and developing PMs

- 0→1 and scaling track record. You’ve built and scaled complex B2B SaaS products, ideally across multiple verticals or use cases

- Great product judgment. You understand how product quality, speed, and reliability impact customer outcomes and business performance

- Data-informed decision making. You’re comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and tools (e.g. Grafana) to guide prioritization

- Cross-functional leadership. You align Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM around clear goals and execution

- Hands-on when needed. You’re comfortable diving into details while building systems that scale beyond you

- Experience in complex environments. You can operate with ambiguity, imperfect data, and evolving constraints

- Berlin based. You are based in Berlin or able to be on-site 2–3 days per week within commutable distance.

🌱 GROWING TOGETHER - WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT VOIZE

- Caring, collaborative culture. We value clarity, low ego, and close collaboration across CS, Tech, GTM, and Operations

- Meaningful upside. Competitive compensation, 32 days holiday, benefits and stock options. You’re a co-creator of the company’s success

- Flexibility that works. Hybrid setup, flexible hours, and the autonomy to operate at your best
