Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Data Center of Excellence (CoE) team at Betsson Group. You'll design, build, and deploy AI and agentic solutions with real business impact, from LLM-driven pipelines to intelligent automation, while helping shape our technical direction. The Wow

You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation in iGaming - a space where cutting-edge technology meets real-time, high-stakes decision-making. As part of our Data CoE, you'll take ownership of complex AI initiatives end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-grade solutions. You'll have the autonomy to solve hard problems independently, the platform to influence how AI is adopted across the business, and the opportunity to share your expertise with the wider team. 

 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

Expect to independently design, build, and deploy LLM-powered pipelines and autonomous agents that solve real operational challenges from intelligent automation to advanced retrieval systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to scope and deliver solutions, get hands-on with frameworks like LangChain, and help set best practices around MLOps and production-grade AI. You'll also have opportunities to mentor developers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing as part of a well-rounded senior role. 

 

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate must have the following: 

• BSc/MSc in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field 

• 3+ years industry experience designing, building and deploying Generative AI solutions 

• Strong proficiency in Python
