Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team at Flexdaysolutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing next-generation insights platforms using AI and ML technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing highly scalable NLP services.
• Contributing to the design of machine learning workflows that ensure high availability and scalability.
• Crafting innovative scientific ideas to enhance or accelerate existing technologies.
• Collaborating with product managers to leverage research findings and brainstorm new ideas with the product team.
• Overseeing model development from design to production.
• Analyzing and interpreting experiment results.
Requirements:
A strong working knowledge (at least 2 years) of Java or Python, familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Keras, good knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, particularly around NLP, and proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Serverless), continuous integration, and deployment are required.
