About the Role

We are seeking a talented Agentic AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents using modern LLM frameworks.
• Build and manage multi-agent systems with reasoning, memory, and tool usage.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Python and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and AI workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Education

• BE / BTech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field

OR

• MSc IT / MSc in Artificial Intelligence or equivalent postgraduate degree

Good to Have

• Experience in fine-tuning or customizing LLMs.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, safety, and guardrails.
• Experience building AI copilots or automation agents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
