Position Summary:
The Agentic AI & Generative AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents for enterprise applications. The role focuses on building scalable AI solutions capable of reasoning, planning, and automating workflows with minimal human intervention. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, cloud technologies, and enterprise system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Build Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT and Claude
- Develop RAG pipelines, conversational AI systems, copilots, and AI assistants
- Implement Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, enterprise platforms, vector databases, and cloud services
- Build scalable end-to-end AI pipelines from development to deployment
- Automate business workflows using AI-driven orchestration and reasoning systems
- Monitor AI system performance, reliability, governance, and safety practices
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
- 3–8 years of software development experience with strong Python expertise
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and graph databases
- Knowledge of MCP, prompt engineering, function calling, and AI memory management
- Understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and Machine Learning fundamentals
- Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building production-grade AI systems and enterprise AI platforms
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, autonomous systems, or knowledge graphs
- Experience in AI product development or platform engineering
- Understanding of AI governance, observability, and responsible AI practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset in evolving AI technologies
