About the Role

WyPaw is looking for a visionary AI Video Content & Growth Specialist to lead our digital presence. We don’t just want someone who can hit "generate"—we need a strategist who understands marketing psychology, sales funnels, and social media algorithms. You will be responsible for creating high-converting AI-generated videos and images that stop the scroll and drive revenue across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Production: Use advanced tools to generate high-quality video and image assets that align with WyPaw’s brand identity.
• Multi-Platform Strategy: Tailor content specifically for TikTok (trends/short-form), YouTube (long-form/SEO), and Facebook/Instagram (community/engagement).
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Write compelling AI-assisted scripts and captions designed to move users through the sales funnel—from awareness to conversion.
• Social Media Management: Execute a daily posting schedule and engage with the community to increase brand authority.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, conversion rates) and pivot creative strategies based on real-time data.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• AI Power User: Mastery of generative AI tools for both visuals and video.
• Marketing Savvy: Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, and how to sell products through storytelling.
• Platform Expert: A proven track record of growing accounts on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You know what makes a video go viral and what makes it sell.
• Editing Skills: Proficiency in CapCut or Canva to add the "human touch" and final polish to AI-generated drafts.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to build a content calendar that supports product launches and long-term brand growth.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in prompt engineering for large-scale content workflows.
• Background in Paid Social Ads (Meta/TikTok Ads Manager).
• Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and video discovery algorithms.
