Robotics/Electronics Engineer and STEM Teacher

TTM Technologies offers computer repair and sells computers, laptops,... to consumers. In addition, we have a STEM camp for youth - BYOC Camps and Clubs(Build Your Own Computer). We are looking for IT students/professionals who will work with us now and through the summer of 2026 to teach kids technology. We teach many things: computer hardware, computer software, coding (python), web development, graphics, robotics, circuitry, cybersecurity, VR and AR,....

Specifically we are looking for an intern/teacher who has experience in circuitry/electronics and robotics. Time commitment can be part time or full time. These courses teach youth about series and parallel circuits; ohm's law and other basics that apply to circuits. Students will learn to diagram and build different types of circuits. They will create devices that use circuits. And the students learn robotics. We use the VEX platform.

This is a great way to give back to the community while using your skills. Need to have experience in one or more of the technologies we teach and must be interested in working with kids. Great for a college student who wants an intern opportunity. Great for an IT professional who wants to give back.

With both opportunities to learn/expand your skills in computer repair and teaching youth, you will have a rich experience.

The fall clubs are from 4pm - 7pm Monday through Thursday. Each club is 2 days per week. Winter classes are on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Summer camps are from 9am - 5pm, Mon - Friday during June and July. We also have special activities from time to time.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
