Who YOU are
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution of Trucker Path’s suite of applications. You’ll bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to truck drivers and the freight ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves iterating based on data and user feedback, and can rally cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams. You will turn cutting-edge AI into tangible, valuable user features.
- Understand the customer, competition, landscape, and translate this into fast iterations on product development
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Your skills and experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years product management or product design experience with SaaS/App/Technology space
- Ability to generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and prototypes
- Proven experience designing data/AI-powered features (LLM or agent workflows). Understanding of AI agent design and evaluation frameworks. Ability to write clear PRDs and run agile rituals.
- Attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Ownership mentality and bias towards action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with freight, trucking software industry
- Experience in GPS systems, Navigation, fleet management products design
