About the Role
Location: Vietnam (Hybrid - Ho Chi Minh City Office)
About TSC:
The Stakeholder Company (TSC) is a global artificial intelligence (AI) firm at the forefront of AI-native stakeholder relationship management. Our flagship solution, Genie, delivers comprehensive and in-depth situational awareness through advanced open-source monitoring, seamlessly complementing existing stakeholder monitoring and engagement workflows. Genie leverages a sophisticated AI ecosystem to intelligently filter online news sources, extracting events relevant to the millions of stakeholders it tracks. We proudly serve Fortune 500 companies and leading NGOs worldwide, operating in over 95 countries and across 20+ industries.
Shape the Future of Stakeholder Intelligence:
Join our team in building cutting-edge AI solutions that help organisations understand and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. We work closely with clients from critical domains such as Public Affairs, Business Affairs, Business Intelligence, and Risk, providing them with the intelligence to navigate these complex environments.
As a member of our Vietnam branch, you aren't just a remote resource; you are a core architect of our global engineering culture. You will work in lockstep with our Singapore hub to deliver real-world impact in Stakeholder Intelligence and Issue/Opportunity Monitoring.
What You'll Do (The Spectrum of Impact):
- Build & Support Pipelines: Develop intelligent pipelines that transform stakeholder noise into actionable insights.
- AI-Accelerated, Expert-Reviewed Engineering: Leverage coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.), custom agents, rules and guardrails to catalyze our SDLC (software development lifecycle). Strictly “expert-in-the-loop” mentality - NO Vibe-coding.
- Agentic Workflows: Assist in designing and deploying multi-agent systems that autonomously research and monitor complex stakeholder environments.
- Documentation-First Mindset: In a cross-border team, code is only as good as its documentation. You will maintain high standards in Confluence and JIRA to ensure seamless communication and architectural clarity between Vietnam and Singapore.
- Explore the Bleeding Edge: Demonstrate a relentless curiosity for the newest developments in AI, showing an openness to exploring experimental and emerging tools (e.g., OpenClaw ) to evaluate their potential for our stack.
- Model Development: Develop and optimize ML models that predict stakeholder behavior, increasingly leveraging LLMs for deep contextual insights.
- Full-Stack Mentality: Take ownership of projects from "what if" to measurable Value. You will be involved across the product, from optimizing data/RAG pipelines to refining agent reasoning logic.
Global Collaboration (Sync vs. Async)
- Collaboration Stack: We are heavy users of Slack, JIRA, and Confluence. You will manage your tasks transparently to support global visibility.
- Synchronous Flow: Core overlapping hours are dedicated to mentorship, code reviews, business requirements alignment and architectural syncs.
- Asynchronous Power: We value documentation and clear ticketing so you can maintain deep-focus time and move the mission forward independently.
Technical Foundation & Background:
- The Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- The "Proof of Work" Exception: If you don't have the degree but have a GitHub, a portfolio of shipped projects, or specific accomplishments that demonstrate equivalent technical competence - we want to see it.
- The Stack: Python, ML fundamentals, and familiarity with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Prompt engineering methodologies.
- (plus) API integration and data processing experience.
- (plus) Cloud platform familiarity and collaborative development practices (GCP/AWS).
- English Proficiency: CEFR C1 / IELTS 6.5 (minimum). You must be able to articulate complex technical trade-offs and participate in architectural debates in English.
Why This Role is Different:
- No Silos: You will have direct exposure and influence on product strategy and AI architecture, working alongside senior leadership in both SG and VN.
- Hybrid Flexibility: We value output over "desk time." You’ll work from our Vietnam office for collaboration days and have the flexibility to work from home for deep-focus tasks.
- Equity & Growth: We are looking for early pillars of the engineering team, not just "resource #402." You’ll get fair remuneration, equity, and a high-speed mentorship environment designed to accelerate your career.
- Remuneration & Benefits: Competitive salary, equity options, and 13th-month bonus as part of our commitment to our local Vietnam team.
- Global Impact: You’ll be part of an international team, building intelligence systems that solve high-stakes problems for global clients from day one.
