About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who enjoys building practical systems — from AI agents and SaaS tools to internal operational automation.
This role is ideal for someone who can engineer properly when needed, but also move fast using modern tools (vibe coding / AI-assisted development) to deliver working solutions quickly.
You will work closely with product, operations, and management to automate workflows, build integrations, and create internal tools that improve efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI agents and automation workflows
- Develop internal operational tools and lightweight SaaS systems
- Create API integrations between platforms and services
- Design and implement automation pipelines to reduce manual work
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
- Maintain clean, reliable, and secure code
- Document systems and automation logic for internal use
- Continuously identify processes that can be automated
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software engineering or full-stack development
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
- Experience working with AI tools, LLM APIs, or automation platforms
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and iterative development
- Ability to balance engineering discipline with speed
- Good communication skills in EnglishTechnical Skills (Preferred)
- JavaScript / TypeScript / Python
- REST APIs and webhooks
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows
- Ability to code using Claude Codex and other AI coding platforms

- Salary Range: RM5,000 – RM9,000 (negotiable based on experience and demonstrated capability)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
