Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems. You'll lead end-to-end ML pipelines, optimize model performance, and collaborate with data scientists and product teams to drive AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for production environments.
- Build and optimize data pipelines (ETL) using Apache Spark, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
- Deploy models via MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, SageMaker).
- Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications.
- Stay current with latest AI/ML research and apply to business problems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Strong Python proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow 2.x, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Expertise in model deployment (FastAPI, Flask, cloud services).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
- Solid understanding of data engineering (SQL, Spark, Kafka).
- Production ML experience (model serving, monitoring, retraining).
Preferred Skills
- MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, Weights & Biases.
- LLMs/Generative AI (fine-tuning, RAG, LangChain).
- Computer Vision or NLP specialization.
- Published research/papers or strong GitHub portfolio.
