A Little Bit About the Role:

The Senior Integrated AI Producer will report to the Global Head of AI Production and support the delivery of multiple AI production projects across clients, markets and workstreams. This is not a role dedicated to one single project; it requires strong multi-project management, confident scoping, hands-on production delivery and the ability to keep several moving parts progressing at once.

Working within existing workflows, tools and operating model, the Senior Producer will help translate client briefs into clear scopes, schedules, resource plans and production actions. The role will support projects from initial scoping and feasibility through pre-production, AI production, review, delivery and final asset handover.

This is a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves role suited to someone who is comfortable in a start-up production company environment: proactive, adaptable, commercially aware and willing to help across all areas of production where needed.

What you'll be doing:

Production Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent AI production projects across client portfolios and markets.
• Support projects from initial brief, scoping and feasibility through pre-production, AI production, review, delivery and final asset handover.
• Convert client and internal requirements into practical production plans, schedules, milestones and delivery actions.
• Maintain clear ownership of day-to-day production progress, priorities, dependencies and risks across assigned projects.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within agreed scope and in line with Plaiground quality, governance and delivery expectations.
• Identify risks early and escalate clearly to the Global Head of AI Production and relevant stakeholders.

Working Within Prescribed Workflows

• Operate within established production workflows, systems, templates and governance processes.
• Help ensure consistent use of Plaiground tools for briefing, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, review tracking and delivery management and governance.
• Support workflow compliance across multiple projects, ensuring teams follow agreed production stages and documentation requirements.
• Share project learnings and operational insights that support the ongoing development of production practices.
• Keep project information accurate, visible and up to date for production, leadership, finance and client teams.

Scoping, Pre-Production & Production Planning

• Support scoping of new briefs, helping define deliverables, assumptions, timings, dependencies, talent/resource needs and production approach.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules, task plans, review milestones and delivery trackers across multiple projects.
• Coordinate pre-production requirements including brief interrogation, asset requirements, creative inputs, AI production needs, reference materials, approvals and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure project assumptions, inclusions, exclusions and change-control points are captured clearly and escalated where required.
• Partner with creative, AI production, post-production and operations teams to ensure each project is set up properly before production begins.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Act as a day-to-day production lead across assigned projects, keeping internal teams and client-facing stakeholders aligned.
• Lead production check-ins, status updates and delivery conversations with clarity and confidence.
• Manage expectations around timing, scope, approvals, feasibility, dependencies and delivery requirements.
• Provide clear escalation routes for blockers, decisions, scope changes or risks that impact delivery.
• Build effective relationships with account teams, creative leads, AI artists, editors, post-production specialists, operations and finance.

Commercial & Operational Support

• Support project budgets, estimates, cost trackers and commercial scoping in partnership with production leadership, project management and finance.
• Track production spend, resource utilisation and project burn where required.
• Support purchase order, supplier, freelancer and invoicing processes where needed.
• Help protect project margin by flagging resource pressure, scope creep, timing risks or unplanned additional work.
• Contribute to accurate project reporting across active, pipeline and completed workstreams.

AI Production Oversight

• Work closely with AI Directors, AI Artists, Creative Leads, Editors and Post-Production teams to support AI-first content production.
• Understand the practical requirements, opportunities and limitations of AI production tools and workflows.
• Help ensure AI production outputs are managed through the correct review, approval, governance and delivery process.
• Balance speed, quality, creative ambition, production reality and commercial viability across every project.
• Maintain a strong awareness of rights, usage, compliance and approval requirements relevant to AI-generated production outputs.

Hands-On Production Support

• Be willing to step into production tasks directly where needed, particularly in a scaling start-up production environment.
• Support resourcing, scheduling, documentation, meeting follow-ups, asset tracking, delivery coordination and production admin as required.
• Help unblock teams by taking practical action rather than only escalating issues.
• Bring structure to ambiguity while remaining flexible as priorities shift.
• Support the wider Plaiground production team beyond assigned projects when business needs require it.
