Hiring: AI Engineer – AI Agents & Chatbot Automation (Full-Time)
Location: Newtown (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (Relevant AI Development Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to build intelligent AI Agents, Agentic AI systems, and advanced AI Chatbot Automation for our CRM and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, RCS, SMS & Web).
You will work on real-world business automation problems — developing smart AI workflows, deploying open-source LLMs, and creating human-like conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows
Build AI chatbot automation for lead generation, customer support & sales
Integrate AI models with CRM systems and messaging APIs (WhatsApp, RCS, Web chat)
Deploy and fine-tune open-source LLMs (Qwen-3, LLaMA, etc.)
Develop backend AI services using Python
Optimize model performance, response quality & scalability
Train, test, and monitor AI models for real business use cases
Collaborate with product & & CRM teams to automate business flows
Handle prompt engineering and conversational logic design
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years experience in AI Agent development & chatbot automation
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience deploying open-source models (Qwen, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, inference & optimization
Experience with APIs, webhooks & automation workflows
Understanding of conversational AI & NLP
Experience working with GPUs or cloud AI infrastructure (preferred)
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar agent frameworks
Experience integrating AI with CRM platforms
Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
Experience with Docker, Linux & cloud deployment
