Senior AI Engineer

Our Sportsbook AI/ML Team is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to make a difference in the design and further development of AI and Machine Learning solutions for both internal and external business needs. We have a world-class Sportsbook, developed in-house by our dedicated Sportsbook tech team and growing at a very rapid rate, expanding not only in new markets but also as a B2B product. Having our product available in different parts of the world and offering sports all around the world requires to have support around the clock. Our Product Development organisation is truly Global with cross functional teams spanning many Tech Hubs.

The Wow

From Architecture to Trading teams, our Sportsbook is an in-house platform that also hosts brand offerings for customers. From the tools traders use to the cutting-edge features available for betting on various sports, these teams are the backbone making it all possible. The goal is to deliver top performance, functionality, and user experience in the iGaming industry. As part of our Sportsbook tech team, a high performance, throughout and availability product serving many brands (20+), you will be key in ensuring that the team delivers the required business value.

 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Maintaining and evolving our AI/ML projects using Python
• Build design Agentic LLM based solutions and maintain/improve existing ones
• Ensure output quality by verifying consistency and accuracy
• Investigate, assess, and develop cloud based MCP solutions
• Comfortable working under Agile Framework (Scrum 2-week iterations)
• Have an investigative mindset to be able to troubleshoot and being creative when it comes to troubleshooting problems and incident management
• Document necessary processes and procedures (creating KBs, runbooks, topology etc)
• Taking full ownership of projects and tasks with being able to work within the team
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely insights to our business partners

 

What we are looking for

• Solid experience with Python and OOP
• Experience with tools like Langchain, Langraph, Langsmith, FastAPI, Opensearch, Redis/Valkey, Pandas, Pytorch, spacy
• Confident with LLMs and their evaluation practices and knowing /having some background on AI agentic tools, skills, workflows
• Demonstrated experience with RAG systems, Vector embeddings, knowledge graphs
• Confident with Amazon Web Services or similar cloud environments and having some experience with MLOps
• Familiar with software versioning tools like Git
• Additional programming skills, Prompt Engineering will be a plus
• Experience in sportsbook/betting or fintech sectors is considered a plus
• Continuous learning mindset
• Can effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
