Job Description

Metapercept Technology Services LLP is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will lead AI initiatives, work closely with engineering teams, and build scalable machine learning and AI-driven systems to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and intelligent systems
• Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services
• Manage data pipelines, model training, testing, and deployment
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies
• Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers
• Ensure best practices in AI development, model evaluation, and deployment

Required Skill Set

• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Experience with ML model deployment and MLOps
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or Spark
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development
