The role  

As a AI Lead Developer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities 

• 1. Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS and Next.js
  Solid backend engineering skills in Python (FastAPI) with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS
  2. Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups
  3. Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based solutions
  4. Practical exposure to model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction techniques
  5. Strong understanding of data handling using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO for structured and unstructured data
  6. Ability to analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python
  7. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security
