Geany Softech is looking for a highly skilled 3 Python Backend Developer with strong experience in Django or FastAPI and hands-on expertise in Prompt Engineering for LLM-driven applications. The role involves building scalable AI-powered industrial and enterprise solutions, including IIoT, automation workflows, and intelligent agents.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Design and develop robust REST APIs using Django / FastAPI
- Build scalable microservices for AI and IIoT platforms
- Optimize database queries and system performance
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role management
- Integrate third-party APIs, sensors, and industrial systems
AI & Prompt Engineering
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based workflows
- Build AI agents and automation pipelines
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy and reliability
- Implement RAG pipelines and vector database integrations
- Work on structured output extraction from documents/emails
Frontend (Good to Have)
- Build or support UI components using React
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs
- Improve UX for AI-driven dashboards
Required Skills
Must Have
- Strong Python programming
- Experience with Django or FastAPI
- Solid understanding of REST API design
- Experience with LLM prompting / Prompt Engineering
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Familiarity with Git and Linux environments
- Understanding of async programming concepts
Good to Have
- React.js development
- Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
- Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Docker and deployment pipelines
- Experience in IIoT / manufacturing domain (preferred for Geany)
Qualification
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2–10 years experience (flexible for strong candidates)
- Strong problem-solving mindset
