How will you spend your day?

• Design and refine prompts that extract structured outputs (JSON, tables, summaries) from technical documents and datasets.
• Build and orchestrate agentic LLM workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
• Deconstruct complex analytical tasks into multi-step agent processes (retrieval, transformation, validation).
• Integrate LLMs with tools (Python utilities, RAG pipelines, search systems) and domain-specific data sources.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate domain knowledge into reusable prompt templates and agent logic.
• Evaluate AI outputs using realistic test scenarios and human-in-the-loop feedback.
• Maintain prompt libraries, agent workflows, and documentation for reuse and continuous improvement.
• This is a blended analytical and workflow role and does not require ML model training or ML infrastructure expertise.

Ready to Apply? Here's what we're looking for:

• Hands on experience with modern LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex) and structured extraction workflows.
• Proficiency in Python (and optionally SQL) for lightweight data manipulation and integration.
• Experience working with technical datasets (e.g., energy, engineering, geospatial, scientific, or financial).
• Technical adaptability; learning new LLM tools and agent frameworks quickly while maintaining high accuracy in structured outputs.
• Outstanding communication with the ability to translate AI behaviour for nontechnical stakeholders.
• A talent for rendering ambiguous requirements into precise workflows.
Exceptional analytical and workflow design skills
• - you break complex problems into clear, structured prompt and agent workflows.
• Rigorous attention to detail and quality, consistently validating outputs, identifying edge cases, and ensuring reliability in production like scenarios.
• Collaborative and proactive, engaging SMEs, clients, and internal teams to refine workflows, reconcile feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, taking ownership for your outcomes and having pride in the work you do.

Assets:

• Experience with oil & gas datasets (e.g., wells, completions, production, land, GIS).
• Exposure to GenAI development tools, RAG pipelines, or prompt operations practices.
