We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using generative models to create innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and solutions.

Work with NLP, computer vision, and deep learning frameworks to build AI applications.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Integrate AI models into production systems and applications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Document model architectures, workflows, and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, or deep learning frameworks.

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Transformer architectures.

Knowledge of AI model optimization and deployment pipelines.

Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI models.
