岗位使命
作为 AI 负责人（Head of AI），你将向 CTO 汇报，负责公司 AI 能力体系的规划、建设和落地。你将带领团队把 AI 深度融入量化研究、软件开发、数据处理、知识管理和生产运维流程，帮助公司系统性提升研究效率、工程效率和长期技术竞争力。 这个岗位不是简单地推广 AI 工具，而是要判断 AI 在量化投资公司中真正有价值的应用场景，并将其建设成稳定、可扩展、可持续演进的内部平台和产品能力。
