About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with strong experience in Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and AI-CRM/ticketing tool integrations.
You will design, build, and deploy intelligent agent systems that reason, plan, act, and integrate seamlessly with third party tools and building agentic workflow system . This is a full-time, in-office role in Noida with rotational shifts to support global delivery.
Candidate to demonstrate the skills by submitting the pilot during tech discussions.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Design, architect, and deploy Agentic AI systems (single & multi-agent) using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom orchestrators.
- Build and optimize complex AI workflows involving RAG, tool calling, memory graphs, context engineering, and inter-agent communication.
- Integrate AI agents with platforms for automation of tickets, customer support, data enrichment, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop production-ready AI solutions using LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.), prompt engineering, and low-code/no-code tools.
- Collaborate with teams/management to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure reliability, safety, guardrails, traceability, and explainability of agentic systems.
- Monitor, benchmark, and continuously improve model performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Education
- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field from a recognized institute.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions.
- Proven track record in Agentic AI, autonomous agents, multi-step workflows, and AI integrations with CRM systems.
- Experience with production deployment of LLM-powered agents and RAG pipelines.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic), Cursor (AI-first code editor), n8n (or similar no-code workflow automation tools), and other modern AI development platforms.
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, vector databases, and enterprise integrations (REST, GraphQL, Salesforce APIs, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
Preferred Skills
- Prior work on CRM-AI integrations ( Autotask, Zoho, Salesforce etc.).
- Profile on GitHub.
- Contributions to open-source agentic AI projects on Hugging Face.
