Software Trainee - AI Engineer | MERN Stack | PHP | Full Stack Developer

Job Summary – AI Engineer | Generative AI | Agentic AI | MERN Stack | PHP Developer | Technical Architect

We are hiring an innovative and highly motivated AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, AI Agents, and LLM-powered applications, along with strong development experience in MERN Stack, PHP (Core + Frameworks), and WordPress CMS.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and building scalable, secure, cloud-ready, and AI-driven digital solutions, including API-first architectures and modern enterprise applications.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Core PHP, MVC Architecture, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and WordPress CMS
• Proven expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Understanding of Agentic AI workflows, AI Agents, multi-agent orchestration
• Experience with AI frameworks like:
• LangChain / LangGraph
• RAG Pipelines
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Strong skills in building and consuming REST APIs & GraphQL APIs
• Knowledge of Microservices, Serverless, Cloud-native architecture
• Familiarity with Technical Architect principles:
• Scalable system design
• Secure API architecture
• Performance optimization
• Firm grasp of Git-based version control
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

Technical Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-powered enterprise applications using modern stacks
• Build and deploy LLM-integrated systems (Chatbots, AI Assistants, Automation Agents)
• Implement Agentic AI workflows for task automation and business intelligence
• Design scalable backend services with Laravel / Node.js / API Gateway
• Develop and manage REST + GraphQL APIs for web & mobile platforms
• Work on AI-driven features like:
• Resume Search Engines
• Semantic Search
• AI Recommendations
• Workflow Automation
• Optimize databases, caching, and application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech (CS/IT) / MCA pursuing or passed out ( Pursuing B.Tech or MCA.2026 preferred)
• Strong academic background (75%+ preferred)

• Data Structures & Logical Thinking
• Scalable Application Architecture
