The Challenge
We’re looking for a (Senior) Principal Solutions Engineer to join our Solution Engineering team.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of OneTrust’s AI Governance and Data Use Governance solutions within the Solutions Engineering function. Acting as a strategic bridge between Product and Sales, you will ensure effective sales execution across our international markets — including Europe, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East. You will be responsible for assessing the technical fit of OneTrust’s AI Governance (and future Data Use Governance) solutions, ensuring we consistently achieve technology wins in the opportunities we pursue.
Location: Madrid.Hybrid. This is not a 100% remote role.
Your Mission
- Serve as technical expert on major sales opportunities, including the preparation of technical demonstration proposals, RFPs and custom proof-of-concepts evaluations to demonstrate OneTrust’s integration capabilities to meet client objectives
- Instrumental in technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advice customers on suggested best practices
- Support Sales Teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options
- Coordinates with internal R&D, technical integrations, partner integrations teams to stay on top of product capabilities as well as future direction
- Support Sales and Marketing in production of high-quality sales proposals and supporting assets
- Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system
You Are
A technical leader with strong system design and hands-on execution skills, who understands how enterprises use Data and AI in real-world workflows and can translate those needs into scalable, secure, and compliant platform solutions. You have intrinsic motivation to educate yourself in this dynamic and fastmoving market and want to seize the opportunity to build your own brand and expertise by attending and speaking at market leading events.
