Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning) and strong exposure to AI/GenAI technologies. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions integrating LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI workflows into enterprise Field Service environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL)
Architect Field Service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, technician enablement, and asset management
Lead integration of Salesforce with AI/GenAI platforms using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and semantic search
Build scalable integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures
Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices
Work on agentic workflows, MCP protocols, and tool orchestration frameworks
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams for solution delivery
Conduct customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution demos
Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Systems
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and integration projects
Experience with AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Solid understanding of data architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow (CSM/FSM) platforms
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LLM-as-a-judge)
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools
Domain experience in Field Service, Customer Support, or Operations
